Placements24 seeks a dynamic Remote Telecoms Sales Engineer to join its globally distributed sales team. You will provide deep technical expertise on telecom solutions to prospective clients and work with the sales force to translate technical value into business impact.

This fully remote role requires 5+ years in pre-sales or solutions engineering in telecoms, a technical degree, strong networking and cloud skills, and excellent presentation abilities.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 5+ years in pre-sales or solutions engineering in telecoms.
• Strong knowledge of networking, cloud services, and unified communications.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with account executives to understand customer requirements and propose solutions.
• Develop and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.
• Respond to technical queries, RFPs, and RFIs with compelling responses.
• Provide technical pre-sales support including design and PoC development.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Build relationships with key technical stakeholders in prospective clients.
