Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in telecommunications architecture, design, or engineering.
• Extensive knowledge of IP networking, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure), unified communications, and cybersecurity principles.
• Proven ability to design complex, scalable, and resilient solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills for remote roles.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end technical telecom solutions including network, cloud, and security components.
• Collaborate with sales, clients, and product development to translate needs into architectures.
• Develop detailed technical proposals, diagrams, and documentation.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to keep solutions cutting-edge.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the lifecycle from presales to implementation support.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks in proposed solutions.
