Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Senior Telecoms Solutions Architect to join a fully remote team. You will design scalable telecom solutions across network, cloud, security, and unified communications, working with enterprise clients from a remote location.

The role requires 10+ years in telecoms design, strong networking (IP, MPLS, SD-WAN), cloud (AWS/Azure), and cybersecurity expertise, plus excellent communication to engage C-level stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in telecommunications solution design and architecture.
• Strong networking, cloud, and cybersecurity knowledge; UC/CC solutions experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of end-to-end telecommunications solutions, integrating various technologies and platforms.
• Collaborate with sales and client-facing teams to understand customer requirements and translate them into viable technical proposals.
• Develop detailed solution architectures, including network diagrams, technical specifications, and implementation roadmaps.
• Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to clients, articulating the value proposition of proposed solutions.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and vendors to ensure solutions remain competitive and cutting-edge.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the solution lifecycle, from pre-sales to post-implementation support.
