• Familiarity with network monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, Nagios, SolarWinds).
• Basic understanding of networking concepts, protocols (TCP/IP), and telecommunications infrastructure.
• Ability to troubleshoot common network issues.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective remote collaboration.
