You will collect, clean, and analyze data, build dashboards with Tableau/Power BI, collaborate with stakeholders, and stay current with best practices in insurance data analytics. This role supports a globally distributed team and offers fully remote work with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in a quantitative field such as stats, math, CS, or economics.
• Experience as a Data Analyst in insurance/financial services preferred.
• Strong SQL with data visualization tools proficiency.
• Familiarity with Python or R for statistical analysis.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and transform large datasets from insurance sources.
• Perform statistical analysis to identify trends and anomalies.
• Develop dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, and QlikView.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and insights.
• Develop predictive models and conduct ad-hoc analyses for decisions.
