You will bridge business needs and technical solutions within the telecom sector, eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and translating them into functional specifications for network projects and system enhancements.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across departments from a remote setting, guiding development and testing, creating use cases and process flows,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in telecom.
• Experience eliciting, analyzing, and documenting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for telecom projects.
• Develop detailed use cases, user stories, and process flows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to validate requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Create comprehensive requirement documentation for development and testing teams.
• Support the testing and implementation phases, ensuring solutions meet business needs.
