Candidates should have 8+ years in telecom network design, deep knowledge of IP networking, DWDM, Ethernet and 5G, plus experience with network design tools and security best practices.

You will lead the design process from conceptualization through to detailed implementation plans, collaborating with various engineering teams and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive network designs for various telecommunications services, including broadband, mobile, and enterprise solutions.
• Create detailed network diagrams, capacity plans, and Bill of Materials (BOM) for network builds and upgrades.
• Evaluate new technologies and vendor solutions, providing recommendations for integration into the existing network architecture.
• Collaborate with operations and deployment teams to ensure designs are practical and meet implementation requirements.
• Perform network performance analysis and optimization studies to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Mentor junior network designers and provide technical guidance throughout the design lifecycle.

Requirements
