Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years in telecom network planning, design, or strategic role.
• In-depth knowledge of 5G NR, LTE, fiber optics, SDN/NFV, and IP networking.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; able to interpret complex data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, especially in remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term network expansion and capacity plans based on demand forecasts and business objectives.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend new telecommunications technologies and architectures.
• Create and maintain network topology maps, resource allocation plans, and technology roadmaps.
• Analyze network performance data to identify bottlenecks and improvement areas.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define network design requirements for new services and upgrades.
• Assess impact of new services and technologies on existing infrastructure.
• Develop business cases and financial models for network investment proposals.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.
• Work with operations teams to ensure seamless integration of new network elements.
• Document planning processes, assumptions, and outcomes.
