Collaborating with engineering and operations, you will produce implementation blueprints and roadmaps, manage vendors, and present strategies to senior management. A strong background in telecom networks and analytical thinking is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in telecommunications network planning, design, or engineering.
• Strong understanding of network architectures (e.g., fiber optics, wireless, IP networks) and standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term and short-term network plans, including capacity planning and expansion strategies.
• Analyze network traffic data and forecast future requirements.
• Design and optimize network layouts for efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Evaluate new network technologies and make recommendations for adoption.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure alignment between plans and execution.
• Develop detailed network architecture documents and implementation blueprints.
