• Proven experience in a technical support or customer service role, preferably remote.
• Strong understanding of electronic and mechanical systems and the ability to troubleshoot complex problems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to explain technical concepts clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Provide remote technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
