Placements24 is seeking a skilled Technical Support Agent to join their growing team, supporting customers in and around Richards Bay. This full-time role offers a flexible remote work arrangement, allowing you to assist users from your home office while contributing to a dedicated support team.

You will provide first-level technical support, diagnose hardware, software and network issues, guide customers with step-by-step solutions, and document all interactions in the ticketing system.

Qualifications

Experience as Technical Support Representative or similar IT role.
Strong knowledge of hardware, Windows, and macOS.
Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
