Hire Feed is seeking a Strategic Project Lead, Coding/SWE to drive planning, execution, and delivery of software engineering initiatives across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment, aligning with business objectives and technical excellence.

You will implement agile processes, partner with engineering, product, and stakeholders, monitor KPIs, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of high-impact solutions while embracing cutting-edge technologies.

Qualifications

• Experience leading software projects in complex environments.
• Proficiency with Agile, Scrum, Kanban and tooling like Jira/Trello.
• Strong background in software development and coding best practices.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end software engineering projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution.
• Partner with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define project scope, milestones, and success criteria.
• Oversee resource allocation, risk management, and dependency resolution across technical and non-technical teams.
• Implement agile methodologies to streamline workflows and improve team productivity.
• Monitor project health through KPIs, reporting progress to leadership and adjusting strategies as needed.
