Getwingapp is seeking a Technical Customer Success Manager in South Africa to own customer relationships, configure AI agents, prompts, and call flows, and drive successful go-lives with EHR/scheduling integrations.

You will proactively support retention and expansion while collaborating with the integration team. Excellent English communication and a strong technical mindset are essential for remote, SA-wide work.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer success or account management in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong technical ability to configure AI agents, prompts, workflows, and call flows.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Willingness to work full-time during US business hours.
• Experience with EHR/scheduling integrations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage customer accounts, driving adoption and retention for AI agents.
• Configure and test AI agents, prompts and call flows to meet customer specs.
• Lead go-live processes including integrations, configuration, testing, and updates to customers.
• Document interactions and feedback to improve team knowledge and product.
• Collaborate with integrations team to ensure successful API implementations.
