Job summary

Central is seeking a Customer Success & Account Manager to own the customer relationship from onboarding through retention and expansion. You will configure AI agents, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer needs are met promptly in a fully remote role.

You will manage a book of customers, drive renewals and upsell opportunities, and collaborate with engineering to improve workflows. Excellent English, strong technical aptitude, and the ability to work US business hours are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing B2B software role with direct ownership of customer accounts.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Experience configuring software independently.
• Strong technical aptitude to learn and troubleshoot new software.
• Experience with retention, renewal, and account growth conversations.
• Background in healthcare operations or management systems is a plus.
• Startup experience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own a book of customers, maintaining awareness of their needs and status.
• Move inquiries and issues forward the same day for rapid resolution.
• Configure and test AI agents based on customer workflows.
• Troubleshoot issues independently before escalating to engineering.
• Document issues and provide clear steps for engineering handoff.
• Conduct onboarding and implementation calls to support customers.
• Identify churn risks early and drive customer satisfaction.
• Grow accounts by recognizing opportunities for automation and support.
