• Proven experience as a Technical Account Manager or similar role.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills with AI technologies.
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of customer accounts for AI Agents.
• Proactively reach out to customers and identify opportunities for expansion.
• Configure AI agents to align with customer requirements and troubleshoot issues.
• Manage engineering handoffs while maintaining ownership of the customer relationship.
• Verify fixes and address customer concerns promptly.
• Identify trends and expansion opportunities within accounts to drive growth.
• Collaborate with integration engineers for custom integrations as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and updates.
• Facilitate customer go-lives and successful implementations of AI solutions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions and issues.
