Overseas is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to help non-technical customers build and scale AI apps. You will debug production issues, advise on architecture, and create automations to scale support. A strong TS/React background, customer-facing experience, and focus on clear communication are essential.

You’ll work remotely, follow Sydney business hours, and have opportunities to transition into broader software engineering roles within 6–12 months. Competitive USD pay and PTO are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience debugging production issues using logs, traces, repros, and minimal test cases.
• Strong TypeScript and React background with web app fundamentals (HTTP, APIs, authentication).
• Excellent written communication tailored to the audience.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role such as support, sales, or pre-sales.

Responsabilités

• Fully resolve issues in customer apps, from bugs to architecture advice and integrations.
• Explain problems and fixes clearly to non-technical customers.
• Debug production issues with logs, traces, repros, and minimal test cases; close tickets at high volume.
