Overseas is hiring an Application Support Engineer to help top customers build and scale AI apps on a fast-growing platform. You will debug production issues, fix underlying platform bugs, and create automation to scale support to hundreds of customers daily.

The role emphasizes strong TypeScript/React skills, clear communication with non-technical users, and a bias toward fast, reliable fixes. 100% remote with standard Sydney business hours and bi-monthly USD pay.

Qualifications

• Strong TypeScript and React background.
• Solid web app fundamentals (HTTP, APIs, auth, DBs).
• Proven ability to debug production issues using logs, traces, repros.

Responsibilities

• Fully resolve issues in customer apps and advise on architecture.
• Explain problems clearly to non-technical customers.
• Debug production issues using logs and minimal test cases.
