Qualifications

Admitted Attorney with 4–6 years in technology and IP law.
Experience drafting and negotiating complex technology contracts and IP agreements.
Strong knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements.
Able to work remotely and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced tech environment.

Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate technology-related agreements (SaaS, licensing, development, master services).
Advise on IP matters including patents, trademarks, and copyrights; enforce where needed.
Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and advise on data protection strategies.
Support product teams on legal/regulatory considerations for new technologies and features.
Manage IP portfolio and assist with IP disputes and litigation.
Provide guidance on e-commerce, digital marketing, and online content matters.
