Placements24 is seeking a skilled Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist to focus on E-commerce and Digital Marketing sectors. This fully remote role partners with online businesses to scale their teams and achieve growth objectives.

The ideal candidate sources and engages candidates for Digital Marketing Manager, SEO Specialist, Content Strategist, Social Media Manager, and E-commerce roles, with experience in remote work, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in E-commerce or Digital Marketing.
• Proven success sourcing and placing candidates for Digital Marketing roles.
• Experience working in a remote or distributed team is essential.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills in a virtual setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full talent acquisition lifecycle for e-commerce and digital marketing roles.
• Proactively source, engage, and screen candidates with expertise in digital strategy, performance marketing, analytics, UX/UI design, and e-commerce platforms.
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders within client organizations.
• Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies using online platforms, networks, and forums.
• Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments for remote work fit and capability.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience and maintain accurate recruitment data in the ATS.
