About the Role

Our client, a cutting-edge, fully remote recruitment consultancy, is seeking a skilled Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist to focus on the dynamic E-commerce and Digital Marketing sectors. This role is designed for a professional passionate about identifying top talent in areas such as digital marketing, SEO/SEM, social media management, content creation, and e-commerce operations. Operating within a virtual-first environment, you will partner with innovative online businesses to help them scale their teams and achieve their growth objectives. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong understanding of digital business models and a proven ability to source and engage specialized candidates remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full talent acquisition lifecycle for e-commerce and digital marketing roles, from understanding client needs to candidate placement. Proactively source, engage, and screen candidates with expertise in digital strategy, performance marketing, analytics, UX/UI design, and e-commerce platforms. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders within client organizations. Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies using various online platforms, professional networks, and industry forums. Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit for remote work environments. Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce, digital marketing, and remote talent acquisition. Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment activity logs in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a clear focus on E-commerce or Digital Marketing roles. Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing candidates in areas such as Digital Marketing Manager, SEO Specialist, Content Strategist, Social Media Manager, E-commerce Manager, and Performance Marketer. Experience working within a remote or distributed team environment is essential. Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other digital sourcing tools. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, adaptable to a virtual setting. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a remote setup. A good understanding of digital marketing metrics and e-commerce operations. A relevant degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is beneficial.
