Job summary

ISTA Personnel Solutions South Africa, a dynamic BPO supporting a US-based ABA therapy client, seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The role blends resume screening, candidate screening, and client-facing candidate engagement in a fully remote SA setting.

You will promote opportunities, build rapport with candidates, and drive initial screening with growth toward full interviewing. Ideal candidates bring a proven sales/target-driven background, strong communication, and resilience.

Qualifications

• Proven sales or target-driven background with a track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with candidates.
• Willingness to learn ABA therapy and healthcare space while selling an opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review inbound resumes and inquiries, respond promptly.
• Screen resumes against role requirements and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct phone interviews to assess experience and suitability, expanding to full interviews.
• Promote the company and opportunity to candidates to create a positive experience.
• Endorse candidates to hiring team and submit batches for review within deadlines.
• Coordinate offers and hires and keep candidates informed throughout process.
• Manage onboarding and verify new hire paperwork and credentials.
• Document all candidate interactions and maintain recruitment records.
• Follow client recruitment workflows and meet quality and productivity targets.
• Assist with administrative projects and other recruitment tasks.
