ISTA Personnel Solutions South Africa is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our client’s ABA services team. You will start with resume screening and back‑office recruitment support, with the goal of moving into full candidate interviews as you grow, all in a fully remote SA setup.

Qualifications

• Proven sales or target-driven background with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• High energy, resilience, and ability to stay motivated under pressure.
• Ability to sell an opportunity and build rapport quickly with candidates.
• Genuine interest in ABA therapy and healthcare space, with willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong phone presence.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review inbound resumes and inquiries, responding promptly and professionally.
• Screen resumes against role requirements and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct phone interviews to assess experience and fit, expanding to full interviews as you grow.
• Promote the company and the opportunity to candidates to create a positive experience.
• Endorse suitable candidates to the hiring team and submit batches for review within deadlines.
• Coordinate offers and hires, keeping candidates informed through the process.
• Manage onboarding and verify new hire paperwork and credentials.
• Document all candidate interactions and maintain recruitment records in the system.
• Follow established workflows and meet quality and productivity targets.
