Qualifications

• Proven recruiting background with ability to assess candidates and sell opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills and clear English pronunciation.

• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review inbound resumes and inquiries, respond promptly and professionally.
• Screen resumes against role requirements and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct phone interviews to assess experience, communication, and fit.
• Promote the company and opportunity to candidates and create a positive experience.
• Endorse suitable candidates to the hiring team and submit batches for review.
• Coordinate offers and hires; keep candidates informed throughout the process.
• Manage onboarding and verify new hire paperwork and credentials.
• Document all candidate interactions; maintain recruitment records in the system.
• Follow established workflows and meet quality and productivity targets.
• Assist with administrative projects and other recruitment tasks as needed.
