Qualifications

• 2 years of IT experience in Desktop Support / Systems Engineering.
• End-user/Desktop support across Microsoft Windows and Office, plus mobile troubleshooting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 stack (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, Azure AD).
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy; Citrix XenApp is a plus.
• Experience with Sophos or similar endpoint security products.
• Basic virtualization knowledge (VMware/Hyper-V).
• Networking knowledge: TCP/IP, LAN/DMZ/WAN, DHCP, DNS, Routing, Switching, Firewalls.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote IT support through a shared inbound call queue for multiple clients.
• Use a ticketing system to manage support queries.
• Maintain documentation and adhere to organizational guidelines.
• Adhere to strict change control procedures.
