Somewhere is seeking a Systems Administrator II to provide professional technical support to clients and vendors, with proven issue resolution across servers, networks, and workstations. You will install, securely configure, and support servers, networking, and storage platforms, and work well independently or in a team within a fast-paced environment.

Standard hours are 8:00am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday; overtime may be required.

Formación

• Experience solving server, network and PC issues across environments.
• Ability to install and securely configure client infrastructure.
• Strong communication and ticket ownership required.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and resolve support tickets via phone, email or chat.
• Provide quality customer service and clear updates to clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolutions.
• Respond to alerts, document resolutions and update procedures.
• Escalate complex issues to Tier III when needed.
