Job summary

Skilled Education is seeking a motivated Student Recruitment Consultant to join our fully remote recruitment teams serving UK, Europe, Africa and the US. You will build relationships with prospective students, share programme knowledge and guide candidates from enquiry to enrolment.

You'll manage your own pipeline, follow up consistently, and work toward recruitment targets across up to six intakes per year, using CRM tools to track progress and inform advice to applicants.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of consultative sales or student recruitment experience required.
• Excellent written and spoken English; ability to build rapport with diverse audiences.
• Results-focused with ability to meet recruitment targets across multiple intakes.
• Experience managing leads, tracking activity and CRM records; HubSpot a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support prospective online postgraduate students considering study with UK/US partners.
• Manage your own pipeline and conduct proactive follow-ups to convert enquiries to applications and enrolments.
• Provide knowledgeable advice and help students make informed study decisions.
