Qualifications

• B2B sales experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in SDR/BDR role.
• Strong written communication and personalized outreach.
• Experience with outbound tools and CRM like Salesforce.
• Remote work in SA with broad coverage.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
