Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. This role focuses on top-of-funnel activities, researching and booking meetings with qualified decision makers to create a strong first impression of Blacksmith for potential clients.

You will use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while maintaining high-quality outreach.

Qualifications

B2B sales experience with quota carrying preferred.
2 years in SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience a plus.
Strong written communication with ability to personalize outreach.
Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
Proficiency with Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
Grit, curiosity and coachability.

Responsibilities

Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
