Job summary

Green Marble Recruitment Consultants Randburg, Gauteng, is seeking a Sales and Design Graduate to receive training in technical design and consultative sales within the power and energy sector. Qualifications

• Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering is required.
• Interest in solar PV and backup power solutions.
• Willingness to undertake internal technical and product training.
• Strong sales and communication abilities essential.
• Fluent Afrikaans and English verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with PV and backup power system designs and layouts.
• Collaborate with AutoCAD department to prepare electrical drawings.
• Identify new business opportunities in commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.
• Assist with lead generation and cold calling.
• Support the sales process from qualification to closing with guidance.
• Conduct site evaluations for accurate costing and design.
• Participate in project planning and technical implementation.
• Provide post-sale technical support and handle customer queries.
• Assist with programming electronics and product support.
• Advise customers on technologies and solutions as knowledge grows.
• Maintain lead, customer, and revenue data in Pastel Evolution CRM.
• Help develop product literature and technical sales materials.
• Build positive customer relationships.
• Travel nationally for site evaluations and commissioning.
