Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Solar Farm Operations Lead to manage performance and maintenance of solar assets across multiple sites in a fully remote capacity. This role focuses on maximizing energy output while ensuring safety and efficiency through data analytics and proactive maintenance.

You will lead remote teams, drive KPI-based decisions, and implement strategies for reliable, compliant operations in a distributed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in O&M for large-scale solar plants.
• Experience with SCADA, remote monitoring, and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee remote operation and maintenance of solar farms to maximize energy output.
• Develop and implement predictive and preventive maintenance strategies.
• Monitor KPIs and analyze data to drive improvements in performance.
• Coordinate with on-site operations teams and provide remote leadership and guidance.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance across all sites.
• Coordinate rapid response to operational issues and emergencies.
