You will manage remote teams, develop operational plans, monitor performance with data analytics, and ensure compliance with regulations. Strong budgeting and software proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in farm management or agricultural operations.
• Proven ability to manage remote teams and operations effectively.
• Strong understanding of modern farming techniques, crop cycles, and livestock management (if applicable).
• Excellent financial acumen and experience with budgeting and cost control.
• Proficiency in farm management software and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational plans to maximize crop yield and farm efficiency.
• Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and cost management for farm operations.
• Coordinate with on-site farm staff, agronomists, and technical teams to ensure smooth execution of daily tasks.
• Monitor farm performance using data analytics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant agricultural regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, distributors, and other stakeholders involved in the farm supply chain.
