Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in solar energy analysis, project development, or consulting.
• Proficiency with solar simulation software (e.g., PVsyst, Helioscope) and data analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of solar PV technologies, system design, and performance metrics.
• Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze solar resource data and project performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop financial models and techno-economic assessments for proposed solar PV projects.
• Conduct site suitability assessments, including shading analysis and yield predictions using specialized software.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, outlining project viability and performance.
• Monitor the operational performance of existing solar assets and recommend corrective actions.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, policy changes, and new technologies in the solar energy sector.
