Placements24 is seeking a Remote Solar Energy Analyst to evaluate the technical and economic viability of solar projects. You will perform data analysis, financial modeling, and performance assessments to guide investment and development decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field as listed.
At least 3 years in data analysis, modeling, or project assessment in renewables.
Proficiency with Excel, Python or R for data work and modeling.
Familiarity with solar tech, project development, PVsyst/Helioscope software.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Analyze solar resource data to assess project potential and energy yield.
Develop and maintain financial models for economic feasibility.
Perform site assessments and feasibility studies using remote sensing and GIS.
Analyze performance of existing solar plants and identify optimization areas.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and policies.
