Job summary

Virtustant is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a remote, full-time role handling solar service inquiries and ensuring a positive customer experience.

You will assist customers by phone, email, or chat, resolve issues professionally, document interactions in the CRM, and collaborate with teammates to improve processes.

Applicants should have CSR or call center experience, excellent English (C2), strong communication and time-management skills, and familiarity with CRM software.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or a call center is preferred.
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organization skills.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism, empathy, and calm.
• Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
• C2 English level.
