About the Role

Our client is looking for an energetic and experienced Remote Social Media & Community Manager to lead their online engagement efforts from anywhere. This role is critical for building and nurturing vibrant online communities, managing our client's social media presence, and driving meaningful interactions with our audience. You will be responsible for developing and implementing creative social media strategies, crafting engaging content, and fostering a positive brand image across all social platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand objectives.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, images, video) across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
• Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and relevant conversations, responding promptly and professionally.
• Foster and grow online communities, encouraging participation and user-generated content.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance tracking.
• Analyze social media metrics and performance, providing actionable insights and reports.
• Stay abreast of the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate with marketing, PR, and customer support teams to ensure consistent messaging and integrated campaigns.
• Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates.
• Manage online reputation and address customer feedback or concerns in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Proven experience of 3-5 years as a Social Media Manager, Community Manager, or similar role.
• Demonstrated success in building and managing online communities and social media campaigns.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with a strong command of social media language and tone.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms.
• Experience with social media advertising (Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
• Creative mindset with an eye for visual content and design.
