Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in consulting, business development, or advisory roles, preferably with SMEs.
Strong understanding of small business operations, finance, and market dynamics.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
Exceptional communication, coaching, and relationship-building abilities.
Experience working with clients in the Soweto region is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Assess the current business performance and strategic goals of SMEs.
Develop tailored growth strategies, including market entry, product development, and sales optimization.
Provide guidance on operational improvements, financial management, and resource allocation.
Assist SMEs in developing business plans and securing funding.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions for SME owners and their teams.
