Placements24 is seeking a knowledgeable and empathetic Remote Skincare Specialist & Consultant to join our online beauty platform, serving clients nationwide from Durban. You will conduct virtual consultations, tailor skincare routines, and guide customers toward effective product selections.
You should have proven experience in skincare, esthetics, or dermatology support, strong virtual communication, and proficiency with video calls and CRM tools.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a skincare professional (skincare specialist, esthetician or dermatologist assistant).
- In-depth knowledge of skin types, conditions, ingredients, and treatments.
- Excellent virtual communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with video conferencing tools and CRM software.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed virtual consultations via video call to assess clients' skin types, concerns, and goals.
- Develop and recommend personalized skincare routines and product regimens using our client's product catalog.
- Educate clients on proper product usage, ingredient benefits, and holistic skin health practices.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide ongoing support through various digital channels.
- Track client progress and follow up to ensure satisfaction and address any evolving needs.
- Contribute to the development of skincare content, such as blog posts, tutorials, and FAQs, for the company website.
