Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in esthetics or dermatology.
• Comprehensive knowledge of skin physiology and common skin conditions.
• Ability to provide clear, empathetic advice through digital channels.
• Proficiency with video conferencing, CRM systems, and online communication tools.
• Passion for skincare and proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide detailed, one-on-one virtual consultations to assess skin concerns, types, and goals.
• Develop personalized skincare regimens and recommend appropriate products based on client needs and scientific understanding.
• Educate clients on product usage, ingredient benefits, and effective skincare routines via video calls, chat, and email.
• Address client inquiries regarding product efficacy, application, and potential skin reactions with clear and informed responses.
• Maintain detailed client records and track progress, ensuring follow-up and ongoing support to foster client loyalty and satisfaction.
