Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Remote Skincare Consultant to provide expert advice and personalized virtual consultations. You will guide clients through product selection and skincare routines from your home office, using your knowledge of ingredients and formulations.

Responsibilities include conducting virtual consultations, recommending products, educating on ingredients, and responding to inquiries via email, chat, and video calls.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Skincare Consultant, Esthetician, or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of skincare ingredients, formulations, and common skin conditions.
• Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with virtual communication tools and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations with clients to understand their skin concerns and goals.
• Provide expert advice on skincare product selection and usage based on individual needs.
• Develop and recommend personalized daily skincare routines.
• Educate clients on ingredients, product benefits, and effective application techniques.
• Respond to client inquiries via email, chat, and video calls in a timely and professional manner.
