Job summary

Assist World is seeking a skilled Virtual Assistant to support a construction and furniture retail business, with a strong emphasis on Shopify and product visualization.

You will manage admin tasks, Shopify workflows, marketing visuals, data tracking, and automated processes, all in a remote setup. Applicants should have 3+ years VA experience and proficiency with Canva and Excel/Power BI.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role
• Strong technical and systems mindset
• Experience with Shopify (essential) and Canva or similar design tools
• Ability to create visual layouts and use design tools

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple inboxes and set up email rules and automations
• Work within Shopify to support product tasks and integrations
• Create and edit visual content for marketing campaigns using Canva
• Assist with data tracking, KPI reporting and uploads to reporting tools
• Design furniture layouts and visual concepts, pull products into visuals
