Job summary

Employmate Limited is seeking an experienced SEO Client Success Manager to support a growing digital marketing client base, primarily for the Australian market. This fully remote role focuses on SEO, client onboarding and ensuring campaigns align with each client's objectives.

You will manage a high-volume portfolio, coordinate with internal teams, and deliver clear performance reports. The position starts part-time with a plan to scale to full-time, requiring early-morning SAST overlaps.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of SEO agency experience.
• Experience in digital marketing account management.
• Strong SEO strategies, performance metrics and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Confidence communicating with clients through email, video calls, meetings and presentations.
• Ability to interpret marketing data and communicate performance simply.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Experience coordinating with internal digital marketing or creative teams.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong problem solving capabilities and a proactive approach to client management.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of digital marketing clients and act as their primary point of contact.
• Lead client meetings, onboarding discussions, campaign updates and quarterly review meetings.
• Develop a clear understanding of each client's business goals and translate into marketing priorities.
• Manage client expectations regarding campaign timelines, deliverables and performance.
• Identify and address potential concerns before they become larger issues.
• Support customer satisfaction, client retention and account growth.
• Take ownership of the onboarding process for new clients.
• Coordinate onboarding requirements with internal marketing specialists.
• Maintain accurate client information and account updates within CRM/PM systems.
• Ensure campaign activities and client requirements are communicated effectively across internal teams.
• Work closely with internal marketing teams with a focus on SEO.
• Monitor campaign performance and ensure activities align with client objectives.
• Prepare and present performance reports with insights and opportunities.
• Coordinate with marketing specialists to progress projects on time.
• Translate technical marketing information into clear explanations for clients.
