Job summary

Employmate Limited is hiring a Digital Marketing Customer Experience Manager to oversee a portfolio of digital marketing clients and ensure exceptional onboarding, ongoing support, and relationship management. The role combines SEO expertise with strong client communication and project coordination for the Australian market.

The position is fully remote in South Africa and initially part-time (20 hours/week), expanding to 40 hours/week with a flexible schedule to overlap Australian hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in an SEO or digital marketing agency.
• Experience in digital marketing account management and customer success.
• Strong SEO strategy understanding, campaign performance and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Confident communication with clients via email, video calls, meetings and presentations.
• Ability to interpret digital marketing data and explain results clearly.
• Strong organisation and time management skills.
• Experience working with internal marketing or creative teams.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of digital marketing clients and be their main contact.
• Develop and maintain professional client relationships.
• Ensure consistent communication and support throughout engagements.
• Lead onboarding meetings, campaign updates and quarterly reviews.
• Translate client objectives into marketing priorities.
• Explain campaign performance in clear, commercial terms.
• Coordinate onboarding with internal specialists and maintain client records.
• Support retention, renewals and account growth.
