Job summary

Employmate Limited is seeking an experienced SEO Account and Campaign Manager to oversee a portfolio of client accounts, drive SEO and digital marketing campaigns, and deliver exceptional client success in a remote, contractor role.

You will collaborate with internal specialists and act as the primary liaison between the agency and its clients, ensuring campaigns align with business objectives and that communication remains clear and proactive.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience within an SEO/digital marketing agency.
• Experience in digital marketing account management or client services.
• Strong understanding of SEO strategies, campaign performance and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Agency experience is highly regarded; experience with international clients is a plus.
• Experience coordinating projects with internal marketing or creative teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio of client accounts with a strong focus on search engine optimisation.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding campaign progress, performance and ongoing requirements.
• Build and maintain long term client relationships.
• Develop a clear understanding of client business objectives and translate these into relevant marketing priorities.
• Maintain regular communication to ensure clients remain informed and confident in the services being delivered.
• Manage client expectations regarding campaign timelines, performance and deliverables.
• Support account growth, client satisfaction and retention.
• Oversee onboarding of new clients and manage multiple onboardings per month.
• Lead onboarding calls, client meetings and quarterly reviews.
• Coordinate onboarding activities with internal teams and maintain CRM records.
• Identify and address potential concerns before they escalate.
