Placements24 is seeking a Remote Senior Wellness Program Designer to conceptualize and develop innovative wellness initiatives for a diverse client base across South Africa. You will design evidence-based programs, conduct needs assessments, and create engaging content while collaborating with HR, corporate clients, and wellness practitioners.

The role requires a master’s degree in a relevant field, 6+ years in wellness design, and strong analytics to demonstrate impact.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Public Health, Health Promotion, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years designing and managing corporate wellness programs.
• Proven ability to develop evidence-based wellness strategies.
• Strong grasp of adult learning and behavior-change theories.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis to show program impact.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement evidence-based corporate wellness programs.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify health challenges among employees.
• Create engaging program content including workshops and digital resources.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for delivery.
• Develop metrics to measure ROI and program effectiveness.
• Stay updated on wellness research and best practices.
• Present program proposals and outcomes to clients and stakeholders.
• Manage program budgets and resources efficiently.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide ongoing support.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of wellness offerings.
