The ideal candidate has 5+ years in corporate wellness program design and strong client-facing skills. You will mentor juniors and collaborate with internal teams to deliver measurable health outcomes and ROI.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Health Promotion, Public Health, Kinesiology, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate wellness program design and implementation or consulting.
• Proven ability to develop and manage complex wellness initiatives.
• Strong understanding of health behavior change theories and motivational strategies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Outstanding presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote tasks with on-site client meetings.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CHWC, CWP) are an advantage.
