Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in visual merchandising (retail).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visually impactful projects.
• Proven ability to develop and implement creative merchandising strategies.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and 3D visualization tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in remote or hybrid team environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and execute innovative visual merchandising strategies for campaigns, launches, and events.
• Develop floor sets, window displays, and in-store signage guidelines for field teams.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, product development, and e-commerce to ensure brand consistency.
• Create mood boards, sketches, and digital mock-ups for concept communication.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to refine displays and tactics.
• Stay current with industry trends, competitors, and retail design technologies.
• Manage budgets for visual merchandising projects and coordinate with remote suppliers.
• Provide remote guidance to store teams on implementation and best practices.
• Source props, fixtures, and materials for displays and manage procurement.
• Develop training materials and conduct virtual sessions for store staff on standards and execution.
