Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly creative Lead Visual Merchandiser to join our fully remote team. You will set the creative direction for in-store displays, windows, and online visual experiences, collaborating with remote teams to ensure a cohesive brand narrative.

The role requires 7+ years in visual merchandising, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. You will lead remote store teams, source display materials, and analyze performance to drive sales while staying ahead

Qualifications

Degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
7+ years of experience in visual merchandising, with lead/senior capacity.
Proven track record of creating successful visual merchandising campaigns in retail.
Strong understanding of color theory, space planning, and design principles.
Proficiency in design software and digital mood boards/presentations.
Excellent communication and ability to influence stakeholders remotely.
Experience leading remote teams is desirable.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute innovative visual merchandising concepts aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Create detailed visual merchandising plans including floor layouts, window displays, and product placement guides.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and e-commerce to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Direct and guide remote store teams on visual standards and displays.
Source and manage props, fixtures, and materials with cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
Analyze sales data and customer feedback to evaluate initiatives and recommend improvements.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging visual merchandising techniques.
Develop and maintain visual merchandising manuals and guidelines.
Conduct virtual store visits and audits to ensure adherence to standards and identify enhancements.
Train and mentor junior visual merchandising staff and store teams.
