Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail merchandising, planning, or allocation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data into insights.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced) and experience with retail planning software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute seasonal merchandising and assortment plans based on sales data and trends.
• Analyze product performance and adjust inventory levels and product mix to seize opportunities.
• Collaborate with buying to ensure on-time product delivery and allocation.
• Manage inventory across distribution networks to maximize sell-through and minimize markdowns.
• Build strong relationships with design, marketing, and retail operations.
• Create detailed sales forecasts and budgets for assigned categories.
• Monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer feedback to inform strategies.
• Present business cases for new product introductions or assortment changes.
• Optimize merchandise allocation to stores and online channels.
• Assess promotional effectiveness and plan future campaigns.
