Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the telecommunications industry.
• Experience in requirements gathering, process modeling, and creating functional specifications.
• Deep understanding of telecom products, services, and business processes (billing, CRM, network operations, customer care).
• Proficiency with BA tools and techniques (UML, BPMN, JIRA).
• Experience with agile and waterfall development methodologies.
• Desirable CBAP or CCBA certifications.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, validate, and document business requirements from stakeholders in telecom.
• Translate requirements into detailed functional and non-functional specs, user stories, and use cases.
• Facilitate requirements workshops and meetings for clear communication.
• Analyze current processes to identify improvements and optimization.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, QA, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop process flows, data models, and system diagrams to support documentation.
• Support UAT planning and execution to ensure solutions meet needs.
• Assist in deployment and training documentation for new systems.
