Placements24 is seeking an accomplished Senior Solidity Developer to join a fully remote team building secure DeFi smart contracts and scalable dApps. You will own the full lifecycle from design to deployment, collaborate with product and front-end teams, and optimize for gas efficiency.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a technical field, 5+ years of software experience including 3+ years in Solidity, and a passion for blockchain security and Ethereum-based standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a minimum of 3 years focused on Solidity.
• Experience deploying contracts on Ethereum or EVM-compatible chains.
• Knowledge of cryptography, consensus mechanisms, and token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721).
• Familiarity with Web3 frameworks and testing methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy secure Solidity contracts on Ethereum and EVM-compatible chains.
• Architect DeFi protocols and dApps with attention to robustness and scalability.
• Conduct security reviews and audits to prevent vulnerabilities and ensure contract integrity.
• Optimize contracts for gas efficiency and performance.
• Collaborate with product teams and front-end developers to integrate contracts with UIs.
• Stay current with Solidity, Ethereum ecosystem, and security best practices.
